Bowen Therapy

Bowen Therapy (also known as Bowtech or ISTB) is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique developed in the 1950s by Tom Bowen. This holistic therapy uses precise, subtle movements over muscles, ligaments, and connective tissue to stimulate the body’s natural healing response.
